I bet your first question is... How the hell do they gain veterancy, their guns sucks!

British infantry units do not gain veterancy, but 100% of their gain is transfered to the nearby Officers, the veterancy share radius is 40.
Commando infantry only has a veterancy share radius of 35
Officer CAN gain veterancy by killing, they get 100% of the EXP themselves, but will also give 100% of it to another nearby officer.
Mortar, machine gun emplacements cannot share its veterancy with other infantry.
All other emplacements and vehicles will transfer 100% of their veterancy to the Cromwell Command Tank the veterancy share radius is 40
