Problem 1: All the +5 munitions in the table above are almost unconditional, which means as long as the truck is deployed somewhere you will receive +5 per upgrade, even if the sector is disconnected or is a non-munitions sector. This bonus is exclusively to the owner of the truck and it is only displayed at the resource income box and not added to the point. The maximum a player can receive is +15 from 2 ICV and 1 SR.
Problem 2: SR and ICV on Field Support or Armored Command Trucks give +16 munitions instead of +8, pretty self explanatory... A single truck can potentially generate 26 more munitions than the Headquarter Command Truck with both upgrades.

Get Secured Resourcing only for Field Support or Armored Command Trucks.
The truck with Secured Resourcing should only be deployed on a munitions sector.
Field Support and Armored Command Trucks generate more resources on munitions sectors with Improved Command Vehicles upgrade.
To maximize your income, use Field Support and Armored Command Trucks on different munitions points, and Headquarter Command Truck on fuel points.
When properly deployed on two high munitions and one high fuel sectors, you will receive: 116 Munitions and 33 Fuel.
