Resources Income
It is not rocket science to read numbers from your income counters or points, but it doesn't tell you the whole truth.
All resources displayed are rounded DOWN, always. 16.01 will show up as 16, 16.91 will also show up as 16, but they are different.
Notice the income gap has increased in this modified version, even though both Fuel and Munitions displays +5 (Started with 100 and 50).
If you think a medium resource point is giving you +10, you are wrong. It is actually 10.9998, which is pretty much 11.
If you think securing a resource point (Observation Posts/British Trucks) gives you 40% extra resources, you are wrong. It is 66%.
Here is a complete listing for actual and observed incomes.

Stacking
British has many abilities and upgrades that increases resource incomes.
The most important thing is that a sector can only be secured once, setting up 10 trucks or 1 truck on the same sector will have the same effect.
The upgrades, Improved Command Vehicles and Secured Resourcing are very much the same thing, both adds certain amounts of resources when deployed.
You can only upgrade Secured Resourcing on one of your trucks.
Two sets of extra incomes are listed, only one set will work depending on where the truck is set up, i.e. you cannot get bonus munitions if you park in a fuel sector.
The extra income are always the same, Low, Medium, or High points makes no difference
Captain at veterancy level three will also get the extra bonus, very much like the upgrades.
Placing the captain on a secured sector will generate 66% more resource.

Examples
(The calculations below are based on the assumption that you can get Secured Resourcing Upgrade three times during [2.201], and upgrades gave 6.3744 fuel instead of 6.637344. Adjustments may be nessasary.)
It is well known that you can generate +64 Fuel by upgrading and parking three Trucks on a High Fuel point. Heres the math:
16.0002 x 1.66 + 6 x 6.3744 = 64.806732
(Regular) x (Secure Bonus) + (# of Upgrades) x (Upgrade Extra) = (Actual Total)
Theres 6 upgrades in this case, 3 Improved Command Vehicles and 3 Secured Resourcing. 64.806732 rounds down to 64.
What if you find three low fuel points, 5+5+5?
3 x (5.0004 x 1.66 + 2 x 6.3744) = 63.148392
The result is surprisingly similar, but you do start with 1 less fuel, and has three sectors secured.
Now for a Low + Medium combo, 10(11)+5?
5.0004 x 1.66 + 3 x 6.3744 + 10.9998 x 1.66 + 3 x 6.3744 = 64.806732
Its 64 again... but two secured sectors.
What does this mean? Not much except there is absolutely no reason to stack all of your trucks onto one resource sector.
The advantage is that you would have a very good grip on one sector.
The disadvantage is that you do not have other sectors secured, so you need to spend more resource to prevent them from being de-captured, your will also be forced to reinforce all your infantry at the same area, instead of many points around the map.
So before you race accross the map to stack all your trucks on that one high point, remember it probably won't do you any good, you can only secure a sector and get that 66% bonus once.
